MedGrowth Partners was founded by Greg Bel-Barko, who has more than 15 years’ experience across healthcare recruitment and the wider healthcare sector.
Greg’s understanding of healthcare started long before his professional career.
His mother worked as a nurse, while his father held senior clinical leadership positions within the NHS before becoming CEO of a private hospital group.
Growing up around clinicians and healthcare professionals gave Greg an early understanding of the people and environment behind healthcare — something that has continued throughout his career.
Professionally, Greg has worked across healthcare recruitment, NHS and private healthcare, building recruitment teams, managing operations and developing long-term relationships with healthcare organisations.
He has recruited across clinical, medical and commercial positions and understands the recruitment process from both sides.
