Founded by Greg Bel-Barko, MedGrowth Partners is built on more than 15 years of experience in medical recruitment and commercial healthcare engagement. That experience spans working closely with clinicians, procurement decision makers, operational leaders, and healthcare organisations across the UK — providing a practical understanding of how healthcare systems function, how decisions are made, and why generic outbound approaches so often fail in this sector.
Our roots in healthcare run deep. Greg grew up in a clinical environment shaped by both frontline care and healthcare leadership. His father trained as a doctor before becoming Head of Clinical Services at UCLH and later CEO of a major private hospital group, while his mother worked as a district nurse. Family friends and professional circles regularly included senior clinicians, operational leaders and procurement decision-makers, offering early, real-world exposure to the clinical, operational and governance realities behind healthcare decision-making across both NHS and private settings. Today, that perspective is further strengthened through ongoing advisory input from senior healthcare leadership.
This background has fostered a genuine respect for the pressures facing healthcare systems and a clear belief that meaningful innovation deserves a credible route to the people and services it is designed to support. MedGrowth Partners exists to bridge the gap between impactful healthcare solutions and the complex systems that adopt them. We do this through targeted outreach, informed conversations and a disciplined, data-led approach — always with a focus on integrity, clarity and outcomes that matter.
